Exhibitors and Corporate Partners

2006 was the biggest year ever for HighEdWebDev, and we invite you to participate in our continued growth and success by becoming a corporate partner in 2007.

In 2006, conference attendance grew 30% from 2005 to over 400 attendees from across the country. To accommodate this growth, our 2006 conference moved to a larger facility in downtown Rochester, and in 2007 we plan to expand and improve our exhibitor space to provide even more opportunities for our corporate partners to network with their high-tech audience.

Partnership Opportunities

All levels of sponsorship include free conference registration for two of your company's representatives. Registered representatives may attend all the conference sessions, including the keynote address and any social events organized for conference attendees. All corporate partners will receive an electronic mailing list to distribute a one-time pre-conference message to attendees.

Rent a Vendor Table

Our corporate partners are important conference participants, and vendor table positioning reflects this. As a partner you'll be right in the center of the conference action with a table placed in the Clarion’s main Riverview Ballroom, which will host the conference break sessions and snack stations. All table vendors will also be invited to reserve a time in our new "Demo Room." The Demo Room will allow our attendees to get an up-close-and-personal look at the products they are interested in, while giving vendors a chance to meet one-on-one with prospective customers and tailor their presentations to any individual needs these customers may have. The Demo Room will be available during regular conference sessions, during meal and break times, and before and after conference hours (within reasonable limits). Sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsor the Social Excursion

On Tuesday, October 16, there will be an excursion and dinner for conference attendees at a Rochester-area attraction. We welcome a corporate partner to join us in sponsoring this exciting event. Sponsoring the Social Excursion includes appropriate recognition during the conference for this sponsorship, a vendor table at the conference facility, registration for 2 representatives at the conference and exclusive rights to an exhibit at the event site. Sponsor an Evening Refreshment Break

As sessions end on Monday and Tuesday, we welcome our corporate partners to sponsor a refreshment break for attendees. Sponsoring an evening refreshment break is a great way to meet and talk with attendees in a relaxed atmosphere. Sponsorship includes appropriate recognition during the conference for this sponsorship, a vendor table at the conference facility, and registration for 2 representatives at the conference.
